Trippa and Chef Diego Rossi
Born in Veneto, Italy, Chef Diego Rossi is the mastermind behind Trippa, a celebrated trattoria in Milan known for reviving traditional Italian cuisine. After earning a Michelin star at Le Antiche Contrade, he opened Trippa in 2015, focusing on authentic regional dishes and creative use of offal, with signature plates like vitello tonnato and fried tripe.
The Menu
Drawing inspiration from both traditional Italian and modern European influences, this unique dining experience will present guests with a set menu split into three sections: raw, pasta, and meat. Showcasing a combination of classic dishes from Lita and Trippa as well as innovative culinary blends, the menu will feature dishes such as Lita’s famed Fuentes bluefin tuna and whole Cornish turbot, and Trippa’s vitello tonnato and braised tripe, as well as exclusive new dishes that fuse the culinary influences and expertise of both chefs.
The menu is priced at £145 per head, with optional wine pairing at an additional £100.
