RESTAURANT TAKEOVERS

The exclusive culinary experience will present an innovative fusion menu of seasonal dishes crafted by Chef Luke Ahearne and Chef Diego Rossi, taking place on November 20th

Taking place at Lita, at 7-9 Paddington Street, this unique culinary event will bring together the exceptional talents of Lita’s Head Chef Luke Ahearne and Trippa’s Diego Rossi. Together, they will present a fixed menu of seasonal dishes that bring together the very best of both restaurants, fusing traditional Italian cuisine and modern European influences for innovative interpretations, alongside signature dishes from both Lita and Trippa.

Trippa and Chef Diego Rossi

Born in Veneto, Italy, Chef Diego Rossi is the mastermind behind Trippa, a celebrated trattoria in Milan known for reviving traditional Italian cuisine. After earning a Michelin star at Le Antiche Contrade, he opened Trippa in 2015, focusing on authentic regional dishes and creative use of offal, with signature plates like vitello tonnato and fried tripe.

The Menu

Drawing inspiration from both traditional Italian and modern European influences, this unique dining experience will present guests with a set menu split into three sections: raw, pasta, and meat. Showcasing a combination of classic dishes from Lita and Trippa as well as innovative culinary blends, the menu will feature dishes such as Lita’s famed Fuentes bluefin tuna and whole Cornish turbot, and Trippa’s vitello tonnato and braised tripe, as well as exclusive new dishes that fuse the culinary influences and expertise of both chefs.

The menu is priced at £145 per head, with optional wine pairing at an additional £100.
