— our concept

A modern mediterranean bistro with an
open fire cooking, in the heart of Marylebone,
London. Lita, short for “abuelita”, brings
a produce-driven, seasonal menu that celebrates
flavours of southern Europe.

— our chef

Hailing from Clonmel Co. Tipperary, Ireland, chef Luke Ahearne had his first taste of cheffing Neven Maguire’s MacNean’s House & Restaurant in Cavan during a summer internship, driven purely by a love for food. Luke set his sights on London at 22 years old and moved to the British capital for a position at fine dining eatery, The Clove Club; a restaurant which at the time was ranked 26th best restaurant in the world and now holds two Michelin stars. After a year, Luke transferred to its sister restaurant, Luca, where he committed four years to before claiming the role of Head Chef at Corrigan’s Mayfair at just 29 years old. Today, Luke is responsible for the concept at Lita, the latest dining destination to open in London’s Marylebone, with a sophisticated and strictly seasonal menu.
