LITA Bistro

Modern Mediterranean. Open fire. Marylebone, London.

A Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Marylebone Village. Named after abuelita — the Spanish word for grandmother — Lita is built around the idea that the finest cooking is also the most generous. Seasonal, produce-led, and gathered around fire

— our concept

Located in the heart of Marylebone Village, Lita has been part of the neighbourhood since opening in spring 2024 — a Michelin-starred restaurant with an open layout, a convivial spirit, and cooking guided by fire and finesse.

Culinary Director Kostas Papathanasiou — formerly Executive Chef at three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm, and alumni of The Fat Duck and The Ledbury — leads a kitchen driven by the rhythm of the seasons and responsibly sourced produce.

The food is intentionally simple: cooked with precision, free of unnecessary technique, focused on clarity of flavour. Mediterranean by tradition, modern in expression.
